The dude put up resistance, he ran from the cops and in the second encounter he resisted yet again. Had he just gave up and went to jail he would be alive right now, he made the choice. Look at Kelly Thomas he did nothing wrong other than being homeless yet the cops beat on him for over 20 minutes and they got a way with it and one is collecting $0k retirement. He made the choice to resist and run, I have no sympathy for criminals.

Doesn't rate the death penalty. He had a clean record and I'm not buying this bullshit narrative that one kid rated that response for a traffic violation. They went way overboard for no good reason and this kid paid with his life.
