You know, if they had just included it as one option of many under "scar shape", I'd have been like, uhh, ok whatever. You wanna pretend you're an elf who had her tits cut off, you do you I guess.

But making "Top Surgery Scars" a separate toggle is stupid and jarring.

It's always so stupid to see regardless but especially in a place where magic exists. Clear lack of understanding of the world. Why would people lop off their tits when they can get them magic-ed away?

I was just thinking about how out of place the label "Top Surgery Scars" looked, but that's a great point too.
