I still think this is a very case by case basis and really needs to be decided based on "do they have a penis still?"

Although were I dictator I can't imagine having trans people or anyone else with complications that effect their combat readiness in my military.

Penis or no penis, I think anyone who can't tell reality from hallucinations should NOT be in charge of our nuclear missiles, national defense, the most sophisticated weapons in the known universe, and the ability to obey authority even if it means dying (these fuckers can't even obey the laws of BIOLOGY)

If you snipped your dick off you are a self-harmer and do not belong in the army. If you didn't but think you are a woman you are a delusional psychotic or sexual predator AGP and do not belong in the army.
