No shit. Easy way to deal with this I reckon though.

Say I'm a doctor. Patient comes in and refuses to disclose their sex. No big deal, I'll just refuse to treat them, same as if they refused to disclose their age, or their name, or relevant medical history.

Other situation, patient fraudulently discloses their sex, doctor doesn't realize it, gets harmed as a result, well, that's on the patient. Or at least should be.

It's like this "hey are you allergic to latex? No? Ok"

Shit you are actually allergic to latex? Oh you only "identify" as not being allergic to latex. Right. "Note patient is mentally handicapped and I recommend they be referred to court so their agency to make medical decisions is restricted".

What they really need to know is how bad of a medical case the patient has turned themselves into with whatever amount of drugs and surgeries they've had done.

No sane trans person would try to hide that information from their doctor anyway. One the doctor is going to find out regardless eventually, two it's painfully obvious to all with even the slightest amount of medical knowledge that such information is pertinent to diagnosis and treatment.

Like if we are generous towards a trans person who would not disclose their birth sex to their doctor because they "identify" as the other sex, as a sincerely held belief and not an attempt to get a lawsuit settlement, it would absolutely call into question their understanding and capability to consent to any gender transition treatments in the first place.

I mean that's a clear scam. Any judge worth their salt should throw the book at such a person.

Or you know. Have the doctor countersue for sexual harassment. That's what I'd do. Oh you wanna pretend to be female under the guise of a medical examination then whip out your penis? Ok, police please arrest this man. Yes I'll be pressing charges. Let's see how much does emotional damage go for these days.

I mean, there is the third option: Just go with a new route and make some bank with it. Shit, if someone decided to go into the field of trans-centric gynecology, I don't even think you'd have to be a doctor since the whole point is you're faking it for the benefit of snarts. Just make the appointment, put them in the stocks, say "yes, you are stunning and brave, the feminine fumes are really coming in right now, you are totally cute and heckin' valid, that definitely looks like a dragon's vagina", then give them a health insurance-free fee for the service and send them on their way with a call to come in later.

The only sacrifice you might have to make is learn to use a speculum for "okay, here's the speculum to check your rot pocket or bussy because of your stunning and brave girldick- tell me when this makes you coom..."

Nah it's not worth it in the long term unless you've got an exit plan to run overseas to a country with no extradition treaty. Eventually all these doctors are going to get the shit sued out of them for malpractice, so unless you plan to spend your retirement years either in North Korea or Rikers Island maybe not the best of plans.

There's plenty of less risky ways to profiteer off the crazy people. Like just make an Etsy account and buy a bunch of cheap Chinese bracelets or whatever, paint them pastel colours, then call them affirmation bracelets female aura enhancement rings or some such shit and sell them at a 5000% markup.
