I'd perscribe a two month wilderness retreat. No people. No internet. Live off the land in a tent away from everyone for awhile like your own personal lockdown. You have to get up and make your own food or you die. Basically it's a nice vacation from bullshit.

I mean if you're going to kill yourself anyway, might as well kill yourself by starving to death in the wilderness like a badass.
