Yeah this is not something that is "insert random thought about doing a bad thing". this way beyond that and while I do have some sympathy for those that have these urges understand they are abhorrent and never act on them they should not and never have a job that revolves around children and gives access to children.

Part of your job is to safeguard kids and this would be a massive threat to them and frankly a paedo that went for a job with kids should be setting off so many loud alarms it should wake the dead.
