"Society" will start doing so once we all learn in the coming decades just how many kids have been sterilized for life due to all this gender woo-woo bs.

Unfortunately, it'll be too late by then. All of the people who pushed it and benefitted from it will have long since crawled under rocks and disappeared.

And all the mutilated kids will be grown up and defending the mutilation rather than accepting that they were mutilated. Just like circumcised men do now, but they'll be defending much more serious mutilations. And most likely encouraging their kids to do the same...
