Honestly, it's people like this that will lead to a new issue that will be a reckoning on all sides; as now we're going to have to separate "the people who are detransitioning from regretting what they did to themselves" from "the people who are detransitioning because trans rights are accepted enough and have enough power that detransitioning gives them that sweet, sweet victimhood clout and they want to continue to be the most persecuted- and thus most SPECIAL- person in the world and use it to get everyone to give them their way."

Yeah, I've been figuring for a while that one of the big tipping points with this shit will be when enough people realise that being detrans makes them much more special than being trans. I have huge sympathy for kids who were allowed/encouraged to destroy their bodies and are now filled with anger and regret. But the grifters who jumped on being trans for social status will jump on being detrans just as enthusiastically once that's where they think the new status is. They might even get money from it if they sue.

Well, of course. And it can get worse since when this happens, we'll see some o0f the grifters who detrans retransition again, sue again when you tell them "we can't retransition you anymore, there's nothing left to do", and then re-detransition, and so on and so forth. Transing and detransing on a whim will be the new non-binary!

As long as they're detrans who cares. Then kids can imitate them by not transitioning at all and just identifying as detrans from the get-go.

But then when kids identify as detrans, then re-transitioning will be the new detransitioning, and so on. It's turtles all the way down until the generation of grifters dies out after having lived a life where they had their every minor whim be fulfilled and leave future generations unable to do the same because they ruined it for them.

To be fair, I understand young girls getting caught up in social contagion, dressing dumb and self harming because those things are already present in that group.

With young guys I really think something has to be seriously wrong with them to be conned onto being a troon because that actually goes against all the things common in that group, putting on a strong front, avoiding ridicule and humiliation, appearing to not take yourself too seriously, etc.

Stock is right not to accept his apology. He likely is untrustworthy and unpredictable. Not someone anyone should trust or get too close to unless they want drama.

I think you get cases where this happens in what if say are "strict gender roll" environments with kids that don't fit the norm and are a bit unbalanced mentally and can't just pretend to fit the norm like normal people do.

I think it's why you see a lot of it come from kids with strict religious backgrounds. Kid might not be gay or anything other than just having more feminine interests than the norm, but if the kid is growing up in an environment where that isn't tolerated I think it can come about as a way to essentially "be themselves" though I don't think the trans identification itself necessarily comes about in those situations until they encounter it later.

Plenty of stuff wrong with modern society. Fully can emphasize with the young girls who think "oh if I'm actually a boy all my problems will be fixed" which is wrong of course and the therapists writing them off as trans without any proper vetting need to be disciplined, but I can empathize with confused teenagers. The boys it also makes sense if you consider the crazy online world, but I think it's more the incel to trans pipeline there. Why you see it with a bunch of nerdy hobby stuff.

The nerdy hobbies have long been plagued with social awkwardness and dumbass drama because people lack the emotional maturity to handle shit like, someone not accepting you. Oftentimes becomes that way because they are targets of bullying themselves so like, well I might be totally on board with crazy amounts of energy and passion being put into pointless nerdy shit, but I also don't care if someone else doesn't get it and tells me it's a waste of time. Whatever. But a lot of them get totally upset and start throwing tantrums when people tell them that and it's like, dude grow the fuck up, which they also hate and consider you the bully as well. So I think those spaces just became ripe for the trans stuff to spread. You've got some pathetic failure of a kid where the world is too soft on them, they don't bathe, don't do anything else with their life except foff around on the internet, and it's like "oh no I'm lonely and miserable, better find other people online who are also lonely and miserable instead of taking a shower and going out to a party so I can get laid"

And then it's like, the secret to not being miserable is definitely because you are actually a woman right? Because it's super easy for women to have all the sex that they want all the time. Oh yeah if only you were a woman all your problems would be fixed, because women with poor hygiene who sit around at home all the time being miserable totally have sex all the time.
