you know what would allow someone to experience orgasms? not fucking with your hormones or your sex organs. Why are people supposed to feel sorry for someone who altered themselves and now their shit don't work? Seems to me they did the world a favor, because these rejects won't be procreating.

Completely unfair.
Why blame this problem on the snart who had to fake the orgasm when it's much more likely it was "the gay man fucking them was beaten into submission but still couldn't get it up for his struggle session of halfhearted thrusting and making a snart bite the pillow, so the snart finally showed him mercy and pretended they came so he could stop pretending he wanted it?
