Diversity of thought should be seen as important too but it rarely is. I mean have you really got diversity when everyone there thinks the same and spouts the same rhetoric? Not saying it's the be all end all but sometimes that 'challenge' to the school of thought is what's needed to find a new path or think about things in ways you haven't before and come up with new solutions. Like I don't think she's malicious and I can understand going along with the system that gives you opportunities if you play along but it does feel like any actual diversity is removed when that happens.
