To insult a trans woman without being discriminatory, female-specific slurs should be used instead, the tribunal suggested.

So in other words... it's perfectly fine to insult, disparage, offend someone, as long as you take their feelings into consideration.

Well that is not sex based insult here in the UK...Although there probably a fair amount of women that it really annoys a lot.
