Is she a sex therapist that is fat, or a sex therapist for fat people?... I guess both?
Either way, if both people are crazy fat, I'm not sure what her recommendations would be: "Well, good luck in there? It was probably all folds you were rubbing against, some of which were your own, so I guess we don't have to worry about pregnancy."?
