Here you can see a prime example of how no matter how many accomodations are made they're never going to be satisfied. Not surprising since it is physically impossible for them to actually be a woman.

As you can see here op won't be happy unless the women in his life "hug him like a woman" (creepy), don't like totally make him the center of attention constantly, narcissistic paranoia seems apt.

But I don't think it really matters, I suspect that OP will always imagine some slight towards themselves, they'll be obsessed with any small behavior as proof they are being mentally misgendered or something. Since of course, op knows he is not really a woman. And since he can never be one, he's going to be the one who is his own worst enemy so long as people continue to support his dilusion rather than trying to find constructive ways of dealing with it.
