I'm less concerned by wackos who try and breastfeed than I am of the idea that any discussion that doesn't support them 100% is anti-trans.

I'm mostly concerned about the health effects on the child. I'm not sure if a trans woman, or even a trans man for that instance, wouldn't have a weird hormonal balance in their milk that might not be healthy for the child. If that concern is "transphobic" then I guess caring about a child's wellbeing is transphobic, which means it's a good thing to be .

Well, you can also add the "ten to one the person saying they breastfed is in the AGP "they have their infant suck their nipple for a while while they moan, waiting to see if when they're ready the infant still gets white liquid from a different source." Which is...better odds than you'd think.

Which is also 'care about the child's wellbeing' from a different level.

Yes, men can breastfeed.

No, men who are literally batshit crazy and taking a raft full of medicines that are known to be harmful and pass into breast milk should not breastfeed.
