Honestly, if you're doing this, why stop there? Why not go all in and declare nominalgender divisions- all someone has to do is declare themselves their own gender, and they'll bring them on the field, raise their hand, say they won something, and have people clap for them and call them special? Really make it as inclusive as possible!
