I'm all for anyone wearing whatever clothing makes them comfortable, but the physical differences between men amd women mean that you can't just wear a swimsuit cut for women and still maintain decency and comfort. Male leotards and speedos have extra space for male junk that you just don't get with a women's garment.

Man will be spilling out all over the place, which perhaps is the point if he's doing it for sexual reasons and taboo-breaking.

Also, it can't be comfy!

The older I get, the less I agree with this. Maybe I'm just old and stubborn now, but I think some small degree of dress conformity is needed for a healthy society. The cultures that came before ours seemed to know this and pretty much every culture in human history has had a clear style delineation between men and women. So these days I think if you want to dress like the opposite sex, then fine, do it in the privacy of your home. But in public you should be wearing normal clothing.

How you dress sends a message to other people about how you want to be seen by them.

Legally speaking I'm against any sort of laws telling people how they can and can't dress, beyond basic public decency laws. Mainly because it's a whole kettle of fish and nobody will be able to agree on the rules.

Personally I prefer it if the crazy people visually out themselves as such before I have to deal with them.

I agree, I don't think there should be dress conformity laws, that would be taking it too far. I'm happy if it's allowed to be enforced socially through shunning or shaming or denying service. But that kind of social policing is, depending on where you are, either illegal or has grave consequences. So there's nothing to do at this point except sit back and watch Clown World destroy civilization.

I had a lesbian explain to me that there is no such thing as unisex clothing.

All clothing is cut to fit a certain body, even t-shirts. All humans are one of two types, men or women.

She grew up as a tomboy and so wore almost entirely boys clothes when she was a teen. It made her hate her body because they were so ill-fitting. She though she was just ugly until she just started buying the same items but cut for women then they all looked great on her.
