I never said that Holocaust must be fake because Germany makes it illegal to question it. I already explained this to you. Making it illegal to deny the Cambodian genocide does not mean that 1 mil and more deaths didn't happen. Germany making it illegal to deny the holocaust isn't proof that millions of Jews never died. The real proof is the actual evidence that shows these millions of deaths never happened. We already answered and explained this lol!

What evidence is there that millions of people didn't die in the holocaust?Top nazis themselves fucking admitted that the holocaust happened.Unless you want to believe they were all lying and are in on a conspiracy then you'd have to be insane to think they all lied for nothing.Even Eisenhower literally ordered people to document the atrocities that he saw.Is he in on the conspiracy as well?Do you believe millions of people are in on a conspiracy to lie?The millions who disappeared from the record books?

While it might be true that many Nazis were mistreated during the Allied occupation it needs to be noted that several German veterans testified about mass murder decades after the occupationAlso you might claim that the Nuremberg trials coerced the defendants to make false statements about what happened to the Jews due to tortue.However,this is contradicted by the fact that most defendants who were found guilty for detention and extermination (Kaltenbrunner, Frank, Jodl, etc.) were hanged, while the defendants not involved with the Jews (Dönitz, von Papen, Hess, etc.) got away with prison, or acquittal.Another thing is the allegations of torture of prisoners in order to confess in connection to Nuremberg have never been substantiated. They either cite themselves or other deniers, whose works have been thoroughly debunked. No document exists that proves the defendants at Nuremberg were tortured because they were not. By all accounts, including those of the defendants themselves in Nuremberg as well as other cases (see the writings of Hans Frank or Erich von dem Bach) they have not been tortured and have not observed torture.

Also,it is hardly a surprise that the defendants in Nurember acted surprised about hearing of the Holocaust. I mean, they were maintaining their innocence. And yet, several former Nazis who testified against them, were not surprised. Here, one could also cite from the testimony of Erich von dem Bach who testified against his former colleagues and basically admitted at murdering and torturing on order of Ernst Kaltenbrunner and the likes.
