British style parliamentary banter in the American congress would be very hilarious. Mostly because of all the fake outrage it would generate.

Gotta be careful with the Americans though. They don't have a sense of humor. Too many German descendents there. I remember once I was with a group of Americans and Germans and the ghastly topic of politics was brought up, naturally I reasoned the best point of conversation is how the Germans should be proud of Donald Trump's wall building plan as a tribute to the wisdom of the German industrial spirit and the great success of their own wall. Walls after all surround us and force us together making our communal bonds stronger!

This of course went over as well as a terminal cancer diagnosis brought by Doctor Hitler himself. Which was such a hilarious reaction that it warranted repeating the bit several times for the benefit of those who may not have laughed the first time.
