If a 15 year old girl has breast cancer then nobody is going to be arguing about the justification of consenting to a mastectomy.

Meanwhile we've yet to establish any clear link between gender affirming care and long term health benefits. There are short term positive effects on the suicide rate vs no treatment at all. But that is hardly a conclusive position by which to justify the treatment.
