When GC was still on reddit we had an ex-AHSer come on and explain why she did it. Basically all these dumb kids act as flying monkeys for the likes of bardfinn. They really think they are saving the world and attacking evil people by brigading subs and posting nasty shit. They get suckered into the mob mentally and get a real high out of it.
