I did martial arts in my 20s and despite being tiny, could hit and kick harder than all but one of the other women. I had no issues sparring with much bigger women. But any training with men was like training with a superhero. Even a small, slim man could overpower me with almost no effort.

That was pretty much my experience too. I did judo for a long time, so I know the point in puberty where you cannot match men anymore. It's genuinely a bit terrifying at that age because they don't realise their strength either and the ease at which they can manhandle you being so new is something else.

I know I can be decently competitive with women, but against men I'm basically a ragdoll. The only way I'm not is if they're holding back a lot which you know, means it's not competitive.
