Ohhhhhh it all makes sense now. They WANT all these kids to kill themselves.

That explains the sterilization and mutilation and infantilization. They're trying to get rid of this subset of the population by encouraging their delusions into an inevitable suicide rather than deal with the deviant sexual behavior that results from suppression. Long game, but admirable.

Genocide, with extra steps. Also this genocide is competence based. Those without the ability to tell male from female are removed.

That is a source of internal conflict for me. I believe in voluntary eugenics, and transgenderism is one and the same for all intents and purposes, and yet, targeting children seems wrong. You can trick a child into doing a lot of stupid things that don't necessarily show the child is a good candidate to be sterilized.

Voluntary eugenics simply involves choosing not to have kids. Nobody has an issue with this. Allowing suicide is a problem because the dead have no voice. Was the person killed actually a case of euthanasia. Or is that just an excuse to get away with murder.

I think society works best with the simplist approach. Killing people is wrong.
