That'll be it. Way too many of the people in that field are either American themselves, or went to American colleges. I believe Dr Stock has written about the DEI industry before

It appears to be a copy of this sign from Plymouth University, which has also been reported at UWE and Anglia Ruskin and almost certainly other universities and are all cut and paste jobs of ones that appeared in the US.

There's another from the University of Bristol going around that just says "Don't question it. They know better than you where they feel comfortable". Fucking Orwellian that

Once again their comfort coming above the comfort of the people the bathroom is for. It's really getting annoying. It's so dismissive of women who have been assaulted imo.

They’re behaving exactly as one would if one was one of Lewis’ Omnipotent Moral Busybodies.

Moral in this sense is used purely for the reference, there’s nothing moral about them.
