The whole tone of this is wrong. They are selected on many criteria - performance, fitness, tactical ability, not what they look like.

Heard of a Eastern European judge of an X-Factor type show who decided who the winner would be on the basis of how good they were in bed.

Nothing to stop that kind of thing happening in sports.
