People are getting dumber regardless. At least the traditional religions promoted morality, forgiveness, discipline and self improvement.

this doesn't sound like a rational take. Average IQ stagnated in many developed nations, in some places it decreased, but only a little.

And if traditional religions look to you like they have significant benefits, it's only by comparison with woke lunacy.
