The tweet that got him the suspension is pretty tame.

Remember when pride was a sin? And Ellen/Elliot Page just had her breasts removed by a criminal physician?

It’s hard to see what rule he actually broke, unless they’ve made “deadnaming” a suspendable offence, which is pretty fucking Orwellian.

It was disrespectful to Elliot but not ban worthy. I have seen people mock Elon’s child’s death and not get banned.

It's in no way disrespectful for a complete stranger to use a previous name you had.

If you changed your name today you wouldn't get offended at all if people still used your old name. Most women change their names at marriage and simply don't care if people refer to them as their maiden name in passing.

Don't buy into their manipulative crybully bullshit.

And I changed my name to distance myself from an abusive parent, and would be offended if people kept using the original name to annoy me
