Autism, Comorbid mental illness, apparent muchausens. The first two are openly acknowledged by trans groups but spun to fit the narrative of how “marginalized” they are.

Also often intelligent “gifted kids.” GT kids are also more likely to go on to be diagnosed with autism and anxiety disorders. Go figure.
