I figure she'd have used her actual account if it were Burchill. The name's probably just a joke about how there are a few Julie B's in the same space

Ah yes, you might be right. I just saw Julie B, and presumed, just after reading her article in which she mentions being confused for other Julie Bs too! D’oh!
