Fun fact:

We all probably know that BMI can be a bit inaccurate for athletes, since the weight of their muscles is assumed to be fat. That's why all these people are calling it a "crock". But actually, nowadays BMI is inaccurate because a lot of super fat people live extremely sedentary lives and don't even have the assumed baseline level of muscle, so the people whining about it are most likely even fatter than the BMI score they're complaining about says.

For Asian people BMI is actually far too generous as they get diabetes at lower weights than white people.
