All our writing and the community...pretty much gone

I loved reading your writing and a lot of the women did too. I was just thinking about this last night how so much of our insights, thoughts, frustrations were removed without care.

I have the domain and speaking to a few people to help get our forum running. I want to make it so this never happens to us again. I'm wondering if any of the writing is archived anywhere online. I know some of the super creep moids on Reddit were tracking certain users including me but lol, I don't want to engage.

At least if we had archives, we could move femcel writing to the new site. That's the core of what brought us together. Some women I spoke to recently explained this is why we as women need to learn to help ourself and not be relying on men and co. We had no reason to believe our internet home would be wiped out. I am hoping we manage to rebuild and it be the true escape we always intended it to be

I'm really grateful you're here and created this, I'm just so sad because in the last few years, it just seems hard to keep these spaces going given that people will drift away inevitably. It's a next-level loss when that community is wiped away and its archives are lost with it.

I can only hope you choose to post on our new site because one thing is true. When we recognize each other in our writings, more of us come. There is nothing more compelling that that familiar heartache, the despair, the female trap of it. There was such a peace in knowing we were all making the online pilgrimage to a familiar place. I never really thought about the ethics of online behavior but to me, it was wrong to do this to the women here. Men have these dank holes of horrible, horrible messaging and they at least were given quarantine

Femcel *skittles are perpetual but at least we can and will recover. We must. And we will write more. And it will last.
