Hard to gauge from the one-sidedness of the article, but what do people here think - legit concerns about discriminatory practices, or was she being too sensitive about what just amounted to a blunt workplace culture?

Legit concerns I think. They tried to pay her differently for starters and gave her shitty reviews then refused to help her address the "issues".

Then either ignored her, or left her out if decision making, or undermined her by involving her team their her input.
