When I was a kid, I had the MMR and a tetanus shot. That's about it. Never get badly sick. Probably because I don't live in a shithole country where they drink cow piss. Big Pharma raking it in for any sucker who gets the annual shots for every possible disease. But it's funny how those people I know who always get the flu shot, they always get the flu.

I remember back in the 90s. People said flu vaccines were a scam. Because of how fast the flu mutates. So by the time they've manufactured a vaccine. The strain it protects you against. Doesn't even exist anymore. So you simply contract ANOTHER FLU than the one you got vaccine against.

That's why people need to get another and another and another covid vaccine. Then still get sick anyway.

I think the data for healthy people getting flu vaccines isn't great either.

They work for the old and sick but don't have much benefit for the young and well.

I was under the impression that shortly before the whole COVID thing, there was talk of not giving flu vaccines to the very old any more because of the way it negatively impacts the immune system, making them more vulnerable.

I'm pretty sure they just guess around 8 strains, mostly based on whatever is floating around in another hemisphere, then shove it in a vaccine. To date, I don't believe they have correctly guessed a single one.
