The one in the pink dress is. He is a top executive for Credit Suisse. The other pic is showing that Credit Suisse is nosediving because of poor risk management, essentially taking on too many poor or risky investments. The fine print says something about quashing dissent, meaning there were people who probably counseled Credit Suisse on their poor investments and their voices were ignored, sort of like there are people everywhere complaining about trans persons risk to minors and so forth and their voices are being ignored.
