considering lobotomy a cure for mental illness

As of Tuesday, March 16th 2021 we have exactly 0 cures for mental illness.

Lobotomies have been replaced with major tranquilizers. Does the same thing, just the latter has more reversibility (not always complete though, particularly with prolonged use).
