For anyone dealing with any sort of TBI, CTE/M, stroke, dementia, or other cognitive issues, I don't think the advice of a little meditation is bad.

There are actually quite a few homeopathic things that can be used to enhance cognitive function; MCT oil for one.

I learned about it from a friend of mine who's into natural medicines. Supposedly you have to start out slow taking it as a supplement; as it can cause bowel issues, but I haven't had any, and have been taking it for a few weeks now. I'm also more, or less on a keto diet by way of some stuff I saw over at Mercola's site; I just don't do sugars, and too many starches.

ah, medium chain fatty acids! i am also a big fan of coconut oil. i use it as a skin moisturizer, fundamental soap ingredient, canna oil base... i used sunflower oil as cooking oil most of my life until i realized it will kinda line blood vessels with linoleum :-) since then i only use evoo and coconut oil in the kitchen. and animal fats. the omega 6 to omega 3 ratio is also very important.

Awesome, it really is better to spend a little time, and money on eating well, than spending all of your life savings paying to stay alive the last few years of life; like so many do.

hmmmm, haven't noticed this. I do think a lot of people in general are demoralized, and soft; pliable. I guess a lot of people notice this, and hence the phrase 'soy boy'.

sure, could be, I don't know; perhaps it's all the preservatives too!

I don't think men today look younger, but I think many of the younger men look sicker. The off-color complexion, dark circles, looser skin is just what we can see on the outside. Scary what may be going on inside.
