Was it a PBS docu called Holy Cow? That's what I could find around 8 years ago. Sounds like it would be worth a watch.

I doubt it was MSM on PBS. I think it was indie. That name is not familiar.

It might have been 3 years ago or 12.

Canadian beef was often crossing borders in big rigs. One of those guys squealed about the whole process and was killed. It was a year or two after the first official case of Mad Cow in North America was found in Canada, and this docu exposed how like 18 other US cases traced back to one restaurant. One was a pretty middle east or Indian girl who's mind was wasting away, only like 21 years old. All these victims traced back to this one day or two at one restaurant. But no one would admit it.
