I just got the joke, I thought you were being serious. The Luna crypto has done excellent, it's a governance token for their stablecoin, and we could use another stablecoin that isn't quite as shady.

I'm asking because here the common usage is mildly stupid/dumb but up north it can also be used to mean mentally disabled or actually insane, which fits this post quite well.
