Amen. Do you have to apply for a 'right to privacy permit' or a 'free religion/speech' permit? Perhaps we should make people apply for a right to not be discriminated against permit, and arbitrarily deny them? That is not the framework of the Bill of Rights, nor is that how 'inalienable rights' work.
