It's not too late to add a bit about the DCYMCA thing, how it came up, and how the move nullified it.

I think it's important to mention, on the record so to speak, and clarify for anyone confused or in doubt about our current and future freedoms, including our sharing/pirate-loopholes.

Not mentioning it is not worthy of suspicion but it's not the full picture either. Whether you need to keep repeating this part of the story is another thing. For example, just because we have a loophole doesn't mean we need to repeat it as long as it's been explained (otherwise it might be considered promotion) - though if/when it closes it would be good to be notified of that too.

SaidIt.net in the USA got a DCMA (US Defense Contract Management Agency) notice about copyrights and pirate streams etc. regarding all the MMA, Cricket, etc sports streams that are posted and shared on SaidIt (then deleted).

SaidIt.net relocated to Switzerland. I guess the USA jurisdiction doesn't reach there. So folks are free again to share the links to the pirate streams.
