I'd be keen to see Australia specifically mentioned here, our government can be quite dodgy unfortunately, especially with the new anti encryption laws.

Yeah AUS and NZ seem to be following in the US's footsteps, just like Canada. They're just a decade or two behind, probably because of the relative economic prosperity and relative newness of the countries.
