If there are non-English language subs I usually take them off of /all, but I see no reason to ban them outright and I welcome people of other languages to use saidit. But it can also be a disruption tactic to destroy the front page for genuine people who use the site, so we have to watch against that as well.

That's what I'm talking about. It's not a different culture coming on the board trying to start a dialogue. It's usually spam, 1 post from a new user. The problem is we can't understand what they're saying so you have to trust they're not sharing detailed plans on how to kill the president or something.
