I personally am not sure on any bad group having control per se... it's their bad ideas spreading that have consequences. Evil isn't the opposite of good, it is the lack of a due good. So you usually see individuals in horrid "groups" like Marxists tend to hate each other more than we ever hate them.

Although, on the other hand, they -do- tend to be very good at clandestine "networking"
