I mean if they don't want to get literally ''replaced'' in a relationship by a bot then they should work on their personality, but that's too much to ask for women so they'll give up and accept a bot has more sentience than them.

On the other hand, it's obvious they pretend to be moralists because it isn't convenient for them. If there was a man bot made for women, these same women would repeat ''men are useless we don't need them anymore''.
