When I was a kid, I was too poor to afford most video games. Nowadays, I can afford all of them, but most modern video games aren't worth buying.

I don't have an answer to that question, but I have the same thoughts. There are no newer games that I would bother playing, but a few older favorites I'll revisit from time to t ime.
