The stocks themselves are always losing value.

Can we make a contract where you identify some stocks that will lose value and if they don't you pay me money and otherwise I will pay you money?

As a politician, I can buy stocks with foreknowledge. That is how you make profits.

And you need a foundation or international fund to avoid taxes. Otherwise your profits are gone.
