Why should he, in the police video he followed the book and did exactly as he should. And using the “Because I didn’t feel like it was safe!” is a typical black excuse.

Flipping someone's car who is waiting for a safe place to pull over is not "exactly as he should". She had a good reason not to feel safe around this psycho.
