I think you need to get a grip, you're making excuses for obviously violent and malicious behavior that is against the law, even their own curfew laws.

Does the idea of police misconduct really scare you so badly you have to come up with all these flimsy excuses?

It is, if they shoot you for not obeying, especially when the orders contradict the law just passed...
