These phenomena have long since been proven to exist. The question is how do they work and how can we harness them.

Hoping more in depth studies continue to be done in this area. Very fringe science, but some of the results make one wonder if we are missing something big.

There are some rumors about a Russian (military) company-unit utilizing these things to eradicate opposition in urban areas.

I wouldn't give a shit about them, if they didn't come up again and again since the war in Ukraine started.
