Not sure yet. I pinned the sub to front page and just click it. I never bothered much with the front page at that other place either.

Edit: according to the dude that runs the place (I think) : "No. You can unsubscribe from all subs at once in your user preferences, if you prefer to choose them instead of remove them." - /u/magnora7

Go to user 'preferences' in the top-right, and do 'unsubscribe from all subs' toward the bottom
