Yes it has the same API system as reddit, we haven't changed it much at all.

Hey one more question. On reddit, I had a private subreddit I'd use kind of as a testing ground for my bot. I see there's a 2 week waiting period to be able to make a sub here. Any way around that for this purpose? Or is there a general sub that can be used for that kind of thing, where it's OK to make test posts and the like? I can wait 2 weeks if there's no alternative. Thanks again for the help.
